At SkyeLashBeauty, we take pride in providing high-quality lash products that meet the highest professional standards. Every order is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. However, if something isn’t quite right, please read our return and refund terms below.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products, adhesives, removers, or tools.

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at skyelashbeautyx@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

• Once approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued for the same product.

Refunds

• Refunds are only approved for items that arrive damaged or incorrect and cannot be replaced.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Lash adhesives and removers

• Lash trays

• Tweezers, brushes, and micro tools

• Any item that has been opened or used

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Order Processing

• All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

• You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

• Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day

UK Delivery

We currently ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for fast and reliable delivery.

• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

• Signature may be required upon delivery for added security.

Click & Collect (Local Orders)

• Available for pre-paid orders only.

• Please place your order at least 24 hours in advance before collection.

• You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick-up.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves our studio, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your order in real time.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

• If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days (UK) or 15 working days (international), please contact us at skyelashbeautyx@gmail.com with your order number.

• We’ll work directly with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
