  • Payment must be made in full at checkout via our approved payment gateways (Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, etc.).

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
 
 
 
6. Returns & Refunds
 
 
Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used lash products (adhesives, removers, lash trays, or tools).
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact skyelashbeautyx@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed once the claim is verified.

 7. Discount Codes & Promotions
 
 

  • Only one discount code may be used per order.

  • Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other promotions.
