Processing Time
Every order is packed with care from our lash studio.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 3PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

UK Shipping
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure quick, reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Tracking: Real-time updates via email once your parcel is on its way.

A signature may be required upon delivery for added security.
We always recommend selecting tracked delivery to ensure your order can be monitored from our studio to your doorstep.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Packaging
All parcels are beautifully wrapped in branded pink and gold packaging, handled with care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
We aim to make your unboxing experience feel as luxurious as your lash sets.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days (UK) or 15 working days (international), please contact us at skyelashbeautyx@gmail.com with your order number.

We will open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated every step of the way.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and products within 48 hours of receipt.
